• Down grades are only allowed at the conclusion of the annual subscription period.
• Additional Business Units can be purchased, however for auditing they cannot be down graded once they are used.
• Prices on this website can be changed without notice and values submitted are subject to review and confirmation before processing can be completed.
• Unless listed above, professional services such as training and consulting is excluded, however can be provided on request and will be billed for on a time and material basis.
• Implementation consulting is highly recommended to ensure effective and optimum use of WorkPool.
